Jillian Simon runs a lesson and training program out of Academy Stables in Lafayette, Colorado. She caters her training to fit a number of different client goals, ranging from backyard pleasure riding to advanced competition. Her training would be a good fit for:

• Those who have no riding experience and wish to develop a proper, basic riding seat and general understanding of horses with safe and professional staff.
• Those who rode when they were younger and wish to transition back into the sport safely and at their own pace.
• Riders or horses who need some "tuning up" from lack of consistent riding, training, or a bad experience.
• Owners trying to sell a horse that needs additional training to increase sale value.
• Riders who don't own a horse, but would like to start riding (school horses are available).
• Riders aspiring to move up to advanced levels of competition, or who may like to try out a schooling ("practice") show here or there to test their ability against other local riders.
